Locations should be designated by products and production lines. Inventory situation including inventory plans should be clearly visible.
Check the inventory to see if the amount meets the inventory plan. If abnormality was observed, identify the cause and describe the counter measures on a control board. Supervisors should confirm the content on the control board and follow up the effectiveness and the progress of the counter measures.
To reduce the inventory, it is mandatory to constantly review the designated inventory amount, and modify it if necessary. For daily monitoring, make inventory graphs and identify required surplus amounts, then modify the coefficient of designated inventory value.
